Fintech IT&C SRL (“the company”, “us”, “we”, “our”) knows how important protecting your personal data is to you and so we commit to respecting and protecting the confidentiality and security of your personal data and to comply with the regulations given by the EU General Data Protection Regulation no. 2016/279 („GDPR”) that was agreed upon by the European Parliament and Council in April 27th 2016.

The information that you provide through www.fintechitc.ro website will be collected and stored only by the Fintech IT&C SRL Company.

We believe in a continuous and transparent communication. Given this purpose, we strive to be clear about how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your personal information through the www.fintechitc.ro website. In accordance with the new EU regulation, we process your data in a safely manner and only in the purposes indicated in this Policy. We do not share your information with any third parties and we only use it for the intended purpose. Any personally identifiable information you choose to make publicly available on our site, such as posting comments on our blog page, will be available to others.

We do not use cookies. We do not send you promotional information.

Our site includes links to social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter). These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the organization providing it.

1.1 Contact form
The completed data in the contact section are personal data that will be processed by Fintech IT&C SRL strictly for the purpose of communicating information about the company's products and services at the request of the applicant.

1.2 Data included in your Resume

Your data is collected through voluntary submission of your resume while sending it to our Recruitment department, at recruiter@fintechitc.ro , in order to apply for any of our jobs or let us know that you would like to be contacted by one of our recruitment consultants in the future. In this way you will express unequivocal consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of taking part in the recruitment process.

In order to make it possible to contact you in the recruitment procedure, Fintech IT&C SRL needs information containing personal data. In the case of a refusal to provide any of the information required, we cannot carry out our recruitment process and you may not be contacted by us.

You will be contacted by phone or e-mail that you gave us in the resume. Further updates will come through by e-mail unless you specify otherwise.

The personal data the company collects are: name and surname, email address, telephone number and other data from your resume. If on your own initiative, in the Resume or correspondence mention other personal data than the minimum necessary for the selection procedure, it is considered that you are fully informed about the purpose of the request and assume this communication.

All data is stored on our secure server and within our database. You have the right to request deleting the personal information we have on you at any time. Please send us an email at dpo@fintechitc.com  and we will remove any and all of your data from our database.

Fintech IT&C SRL will keep your personal data accessed through your CV for a maxim of 18 months (eighteen months/one and a half year) at most since the moment you provided it to us, for the purpose of contacting you in the case of an opening position in our company.

1.3 Log file

Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile application each time you access our site. Our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as time and date, IP, pages, operating systems, referral. We do not link this automatically-collected data to an identifiable person.

2. What are your rights?

The right to be informed on what personal data we process and how your personal data is used.

You can access your personal information by contacting our DPO Officer. In order to comply with your request, we may ask you to verify your identity. If you believe that the information we have on you is incorrect, you are welcome to contact us so we can update or delete your info.

If you wish to exercise one of your above mentioned rights please contact us at dpo@fintechitc.ro . Starting from the moment we delete your data at your specific request, we will no longer process, in any way, any of the personal data we had about you.

3. For how long do we keep your data?

The data you provide us on the contact form is collected on our e-mail address and will be kept for maximum 6 months.

We keep your resume information secure in our database for 18 months at most. We use this data only for recruiting purposes.

The website log is deleted every 30 days.

4. How do we secure your data?

We take appropriate actions to manage online and physical security, risks of losing data and other such risks. We have implemented internal policies regarding the processing of personal data in accordance to which our entire company functions on.

The data you send through our contact form is secured on our e-mail address and website. Your resume information is kept in our e-mail address and recruiting database. This sources are kept secure on a safe server and hosting system in Europe.

Security updates are conducted frequently and the access to information is limited to only authorized personnel that process your data strictly in performing their business tasks.

If we experience any data breaches where that personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of the natural person, all contacts will be informed by e-mail without undue delay.

5. Other information

We can modify or update our Data Protection Policy regularly in order to be in accordance with any future change in data protection regulations or other regulations that are relevant in our area of business.

If we will modify or update our Data Protection Policy you will be able to access the latest version of the Policy at the bottom of our website.

Any modification brought to the present Data Protection Policy will become effective immediately and by accessing the website the visitor is agreeing to the updated Policy.
